No, Sorry. What I did was wait and make due until I got my tax returns. Then I would buy like crazy. That way I had no debt and it was almost like it was free because it was money I didn't have. There is lots of stuff around the house that will work for a lot of things.

Take your time, you do not need everything on the market right now? I have been in the taxidermy field for 30 years, just went full time a few mounths ago, and I still do not have everything I would like to have. I have made a lot of tools, their are a lot of home tools you can use, and their is a lot of junk you don't need on the market. As you enter a new field of taxidermy, TAKE YOUR TIME, make sure you realy need all the tools that are sugested. Their are a lot of Taxidermist in the buisness selling supplies (that is their buisness) do you need everything that they are selling? I have so many questions for you I won't remeber them all. What fields are you intereseed in, where are you going to be seting up your shop. have you looked in to your state chapter, have you attended any seminars, what experiance do you have, etc. Please excuse the spelling, let me know if their are any tips I can help you with. The best one I can give you right now is to take your time, to many people get in this buisness and only last a year or two, because they are in a big hurry, unexperienced, and not makeing enough money to live on. It seems to me that if you're opening a shop that you would already have the tools that you need because you'd have been using them while you learned the skills necessary to BE a taxidermist!
Don't put the cart before the horse. Learn the art before you jump in and open a shop. Your "customers" will respect you for that.

I agree with riverrat. Don't rush and don't buy a bunch of stuff you don't need.
